In the event of a marriage break-down (legal or common-law), your former spouse may be entitled to a payment from the Plan as per The Pension Benefits Act, 1992 (Saskatchewan).

 

You should contact Möbius Benefit Administrators Inc. to discuss your options in this situation.

 

 

Your Rights

If you're a member of the Plan, you can send a written request to Möbius Benefit Administrators Inc. who will respond within 30 days, to allow you or your agent to examine:

 

      - any provision of the Plan that affects your benefits;

      - any trust deed or agreement, insurance contract, bylaw or resolution relating

        to the Plan;

      - any agreement relating to the investment of the pension fund of the Plan;

      - the most recent annual information return for the Plan filed in accordance

        with The Pension Benefits Act, 1992 (Saskatchewan);

      - the most recent actuarial cost certificate for the Plan filed in accordance with

        The Pension Benefits Act, 1992 (Saskatchewan); and

      - any other document prescribed by The Pension Benefits Act, 1992

        (Saskatchewan).
